Training and support for TA e-certification users is available in a variety of forms, including the TA e-certification User Guide, computer based training CD-ROM, Quick Reference Cards, training of users and reference materials.
TA e-certification training
Training 'at your desk' is supplied free of charge by LINZ once your TA has purchased a licence and set up all users' Digital Certificates. For more information, email esurvey@linz.govt.nz - please remember to include your full name, TA name, title, telephone and address details.
TA e-certification Computer Based Training
Computer Based Training (CBT) modules are provided on CD. CDs are sent to TAs once they are enabled to start using TA e-certification.
CBT training enables staff to become familiar with Landonline screens and practise TA e-certification component tasks. To order a TA e-certification CBT CD, use the form on the Contact Us page of our website. In the appropriate drop down box on the form, please clearly identify TA e-certification as the service.

Specialist User Support (0800 665 463)
Specialist support staff are available to answer user's queries, provide assistance and 'troubleshoot' between 7.00am and 9.00pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 7pm Friday, and 9am to 5pm Saturday.
