Software upgrade instructions for existing customers

All Landonline customers need to upgrade to the latest (tested) versions of Citrix ICA Client and UniPrint Client software to continue using Landonline.

Regular software upgrades are required to ensure Landonline continues to run smoothly and on the most up-to-date Citrix supported environment.

Important: please read before you start

Ensure your IT provider is available to assist you with this process as this installation requires:

  • User Account Control to be disabled
  • Administrator rights
  • Landonline Website added to Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer
  • An operating system that meets LINZ’s System support policies

Please ensure that the following Landonline software is uninstalled prior to commencing a new installation:

  • Citrix ICA Client
  • UniPrint Client

Landonline software must then be installed in the following sequence for Landonline to work correctly:

  • Citrix ICA Client
  • UniPrint Client
  • Digisign2* (for signing customers only)

*Digisign2 software does not have to be uninstalled first, you can just reinstall it over your current version, refer to:
