Windows XP Citrix ICA Client and Uniprint Client - uninstall instructions

Ensure Internet Explorer and/or Landonline Workspace are closed during this process.

Before starting, print these instructions.

Note: Appearance of screenshots may differ due to display settings.

Step	Description
1	Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
2	Double click on Add or Remove Programs
3	Locate Citrix Program Neighborhood and click Change/Remove
4	Select Yes on the Confirm File Deletion dialog box and the following screen will appear
5	If some files are in use the following will appear, click OK then click OK to complete the uninstall
6	Within Add or Remove Programs scroll down to UniPrint Client 3.5.1 and click Change/Remove
7	Select Automatic then click Next then Finish. Once this is complete the dialog box will disappear and UniPrint Client 3.5.1 will no longer be displayed in Add or Remove Programs.
8	Reboot your machine
