Windows 7 and Vista Citrix ICA Client and UniPrint Client - uninstall instructions

 

Ensure Internet Explorer and/or Landonline Workspace are closed during this process.

  1. Ensure your IT provider is available to assist you with this process as this uninstall requires the User Account Control to be disabled, and Administrator rights.
  2. Print these instructions.

Note: Appearance of screenshots may differ due to display settings.

Step Description

  • Click Start -> Control Panel

  • Single click on Programs and Features

  • Locate Citrix Presentation Server Client and right click Uninstall

  • Select Yes on the Confirm uninstall dialog box and the following screen will appear




Citrix presentation Server Client will no longer be displayed in Within Programs and Features
5 Uniprint removal
  • Within Programs and Features
  • Right click on UniPrint Client 4.0
  • Click Uninstall




UniPrint Client 4.0 will no longer be displayed in Within Programs and Features

  • Reboot your machine
