Software Downloads - Windows XP

There are two sets of instructions:

Essential downloads

STEP 1: Download and install the Citrix ICA Client - Windows XP
Purpose Essential software for connecting to Landonline
Alert Before you install any software, we strongly recommend that you ask your IT support staff or service provider to read the IT and system requirements to ensure your current IT environment is able to run Landonline.

If you are installing Citrix on Citrix or Citrix on Terminal Services, please use the Additional software installation instructions for Citrix and Terminal Services environments.

STEP 2: Download and install the Uniprint Client - Windows XP
Purpose Delivers printed output as an image file
Alert You must have installed the Citrix ICA Client (Step 1 above) before installing the UniPrint Client.

STEP 3: Download and install the Landonline Client Components - for all supported operating systems
Purpose Additional software components required by Landonline and the Print-to-Tiff Driver.

This includes components such as the Landonline symbol font software which is required to enable users to view and print mapping symbols from within Landonline.

STEP 4: SIGNING USERS ONLY: Download and install the Landonline Digital Signing Component - for all supported operating systems
Purpose Allows digital signing of Landonline transactions

Only download if you have signing rights for e-dealing, e-survey or TA e-certification. For more information, see Licences and Digital Certificates.

  • You must have installed the Citrix ICA Client (Step 1) before installing the Landonline Digital Signing Components.
  • Only users who will digitally sign transactions should download this software
Alert
  • Digisign2 is required by conveyancers wanting to sign multiple instruments in a single dealing, as part of the new functionality available in Release 2.10
  • While the current version of Digisign (Digisign1) will work for signing single instruments, surveys and TA certifications in the short-term, this will not be the case in the future
  • Therefore, it is strongly recommended that all signing customers (conveyancers, surveyors and TA staff) undertake the upgrade to ensure they are operating the version of Digisign that will be supported by LINZ.

Recommended download

STEP 5: Download and install the Landonline Print-to-TIFF Driver - for all supported operating systems
Purpose Creates TIFF images from your own application software for supporting Landonline documents. The Landonline Client Components software must first be installed.

This software removes the need to print and scan your own documents before attaching them to Landonline transactions.
