Ensure your IT provider is available to assist you with this process as this installation requires:
- User Account Control to be disabled
- Administrator rights
- Landonline Website added to Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer
- An operating system that meets LINZ’s System support policies
Please ensure that any Landonline software is uninstalled prior to commencing a new installation, this includes:
- Citrix ICA Client
- Digisign2
- Landonline Components
- Print-to-Tiff
- UniPrint
Landonline software must then be installed in the following sequence for Landonline to work correctly:
- Citrix ICA Client
- UniPrint
- Landonline Components
- Digisign2
- Print-to-Tiff
