There are two sets of instructions:
Important: please read before you start
- If you use broadband, your download time may be less than a minute, depending on your actual connection speed.
- On a 56k modem, you can expect each download to take approximately 10 minutes or more, depending on your actual connection speed.
- We recommend that you save the download files to your hard drive before installing in order to prevent you having to re-download the files if you encounter a problem.
- If you are using Internet Explorer 7, please read Enabling Landonline to run with Internet Explorer 7
- If you are installing into a Citrix or Terminal Services environment, please have your IT support staff or service provider read the additional steps required for a Citrix or Terminal Services environment
- If you experience difficulties, please call Customer Support on 0800 ONLINE (0800 665 463) and select option 4. Customer Support representatives are available during supported hours.

| Alert | Before you install any software, we strongly recommend that you ask your IT support staff or service provider to read the IT and system requirements to ensure your current IT environment is able to run Landonline. If you are installing Citrix on Citrix or Citrix on Terminal Services, please use the Additional software installation instructions for Citrix and Terminal Services environments. |

| SIGNING USERS ONLY: Download and install the Landonline Digital Signing Component | |

| Download and install the Landonline Print-to-TIFF Driver | |
