Citrix ICA Client download installation instructions

Instructions for Windows XP and 2000

If you have Windows Vista see Citrix Client for Windows Vista.

We recommend you print these instructions before starting.

Download the Citrix ICA client
Purpose	Install the Citrix ICA Client. This is essential software that enables you to connect to Landonline
Alert	If you are installing Citrix on Citrix or Citrix on Terminal Services, please use the Additional software installation instructions for Citrix and Terminal Services environments You must install the Citrix ICA Client before installing the Uniprint client.

Step	Description
1	Click Download Citrix ICA Client now (exe 3.17MB)
2	A File Download – Security Warning screen will appear Choose Save this program to disk Click OK Choose an appropriate location to save the file to. (Take note of the location and filename)
Note	We recommend using the "Save to disk" option as it means that you will not need to download the installation file a second time if you need to reinstall this software on your computer or another computer in the organisation.
3	When the download finishes, the Download Complete screen will appear Click Open to start the installation Click Next to continue
4	Click Next
5	Choose Yes to accept all the terms of the licence agreement Click Next
6	Click Next
7	Click Next
8	Click Next
9	Click Next
10	Remove the tick from Enable Quick Launch Bar Click Next
Note	The InstallShield Wizard will now begin installing the ICA Client on your computer
11	Click OK The new Citrix ICA Client is now installed on your computer Please close the window
