Does my firm need to upgrade?

Yes. All Landonline users need to upgrade their Citrix ICA Client and UniPrint Client software to v12.0 by 28 February 2011. Go to Software upgrade instructions for existing customers.

What will happen if I don’t upgrade by the end of February?

After this time, you will not be able to use Landonline until the latest version has been installed.

How do I upgrade?

Will the upgrade affect Landonline, digital certificates or security of the system?

No, it will not affect any of these. Landonline will run as normal.

My firm has Windows XP and we are having problems downloading the UniPrint Client software.

You may not have Windows Installer 3.1 and .NET 2 installed. You need to have this installed before installing UniPrint Client v12.0. Go to Microsoft .NET for Windows XP - download and installation instructions. Please consult with your IT provider if you need asssistance, or ring our Customer Support team on 0800 665 463 or email customersupport@linz.govt.nz.

How do I uninstall UniPrint Client?

Go to Software upgrade instructions for existing customers, choose the operating system that applies to you and following the instructions.

I have upgraded my UniPrint Client software, but am having trouble printing from Landonline. What can I do?

If you encounter any problems with UniPrint (including colour printing, UniPrint crashing, printing to the wrong tray) please follow these steps:

  1. Double click on UniPrint icon in the System Tray
  2. Click on Advanced Settings
  3. Untick the Enable Printer Properties option
  4. Click Save Global or Save
  5. Close window
