In this section new firms can purchase licences to use Landonline services.
If you are unsure of what services, or the number of licences your firm requires, you should first read Services or Licences in the About Landonline section of this website. How to Sign-Up includes an outline and definitions of the material you will need.
If your firm is already signed up to a Landonline service and you want to change, upgrade or purchase licences, or add/change individual user details, you should use the forms available in Change Your details in the About Landonline section of this website.
Signing Up
The sign-up process involves the following steps:
- Agreement to the Digital Certificate User Obligations and to the Landonline Terms and Conditions.
- Online sign-up during which you will select the number and kinds of licences your firm will be using and name your firm’s Landonline users as well as a Trusted Contact, a System Manager and a Management Contact and Billing Contact.
- Physical delivery of documentation such as Proofs of Identity and Practising Certificates to LINZ.
Before you begin the sign-up process, you will be taken to the Sign-Up Checklist. This has been provided to ensure you enter the process with all the documentation you will need to speed Sign-Up.
The forms you fill in during Sign-Up include relevant explanatory notes as well as help buttons which provide definitions of service and roles if you need them.
Please Note:
In order to complete this online sign-up process, you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader (Download Now) and Internet Explorer 6. Sign-up should take about 10-20 minutes to complete.
