| MAR 705 | Add the ability to be able to specify whether role details will default when creating e-dealing. | A check box called 'Single Firm' has been added to the Create Dealing screen to allow role names to be automatically entered. |
The screen now appears as follows.

The checkbox defaults to checked when the screen is first opened. When a Primary Contact creates a new instrument, eg enters an Instrument Type and tabs from the field, the Primary Contact’s name (and Conveyancing Professional name if linked via Preferences) will be automatically displayed in the roles area.
If the checkbox is unchecked, when the next instrument is added the names in the Roles area will not automatically display and it will be necessary to enter them manually. Rechecking the box will cause names to default for the next instrument, etc.
With multiparty dealings, eg a Discharge Transfer Mortgage dealing, there are a number of options that can be used to enter Role names eg:
- Uncheck the box and enter all the names manually
- Leave the box checked and edit some of the defaulted names as required
- Check and uncheck the box for the creation of different instruments
Note – for Multi-party instruments – eg a Transfer, it is necessary to at least manually enter the role names for the other party.

| MAR 703 | When creating e-dealings the title reference(s) entered for the first instrument should default to any further instruments. | In many e-dealings all the instruments affect the same title or titles and these will no longer have to be added for each instrument. |
Titles that default to display can be edited / added to as in the dealing below:

The first instrument was recorded with titles 12346 and 12347.
When the second instrument was added these titles defaulted to display. Title 12347 was then removed by clicking into the 'Title Ref' column and unselecting it.
When the third instrument was added the titles from the first instrument again automatically displayed.

| MAR 702 | Improve confirmation of subject e-instrument / dealing details at the point of signing. | Landonline has been changed to display the body of text in the Sign Instrument screen at the point that pass words are entered. This gives extra surety to conveyancing professionals that the correct details are displayed before signing is completed. |
It is still necessary to scroll completely through the Sign Instrument screen before entering a Landonline password. However previously, after scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the Sign for (eg) Mortgagor button, the Enter Landonline Password screen would appear over the Sign Instrument screen with the details in the Sign Instrument screen displaying the bottom of the instrument.
Now the Sign Instrument screen automatically displays the body of the instrument under the Enter Landonline Password screen.

If an invalid Landonline user name is entered the External Search screen will open to allow entry of new name details as currently happens.
