The purpose of this change is to meet the requirement for the majority of discharges of mortgages where customers will want to specify the reservation of personal covenants. |

This change will remove some confusion regarding the affect of entering details
in this field and the impact on the client reference details displayed
in Searches. Details added in this field update the client reference
in Searches. |

New e-dealing message required to prompt entry of a Priority Amount in mortgages. |

The majority of mortgages require Priority Amount details to be entered. Prior
to this change there was no reminder to conveyancers if details
were not completed. The warning message will prevent dealings being
inadvertently submitted with incomplete Priority Amount details. |

The message will appear if a Priority Amount has not been entered when the Prepare Mortgage screen is closed. It can appear for both Primary Contacts and Conveyancing Professionals. It will also appear when the Mortgage is Released. The dealing can be completed without entering a Priority Amount.

It is now not possible for incomplete PRSs to be received. Landonline has been
changed to only send complete PRS items. Should the unlikely scenario
occur of a search not being able to be created with all items, then
a message will advise the conveyancer of this issue. |
The message that will display in this unlikely event is:
"Could not create the post registration search. Click OK to complete submission of the dealing. You will need to request your search manually"

This field has been changed in the Search Title screen to allow all the details
of long 'legal description' to be displayed. |
