TPR 5787 - TA Certification signed datasets printing over 2 pages

TPR 5787 Description	Checkboxes on certificates have been printing on a separate page when TA Users select the Print option following the Signing of TA Certificates.
TPR 5787 Explanation	The configuration of the Print To Image printer has been changed by setting default document size to A4 small.

TPR 5916 - The Notify TA attachment for Flats plans shows Plan Graphic whereas it should show DSP and DTP

TPR 5916 Description	A Plan Graphic is identified as the attachment when there should be DSP and DTP attachments. The Plan Graphic image displays only the Plan Graphic. The DSP and the DTP, accessed from CSL_S07b – TA View Plan should display the Header Page, the Schedule/Memorandum and the plan graphic all bundled into one document.
TPR 5916 Explanation	The DSP and the DTP are now attached to the Message sent to a TA. The Header, Schedule/Memorandum and Plan Graphic will appear in CSL_S07b as part of both the DSP and the DTP when the TA Certification is Selected from the tree. The Plan Graphic attachment in the Messages Received Tab of My Messages folder will continue to only display the Plan Graphic.

TPR 5393 - TA Cert. Registered SO surveys are not removed from the Completed folder of TA Workspace upon Approval

TPR 5393 Description	An SO that has had a Statutory Action carried out against it is deemed 'Registered' and is removed from Workspace as expected. This TPR addresses the remaining SO and ML surveys that do not attain 'Registration' and removes them from the Completed folder Workspace when approved.
TPR 5393 Explanation	Upon completion of Certification of either a SO or a ML survey the job is removed to the TA 'Completed Work' folder. The job will remain there until it is 'Approved' whereby it will immediately be flushed from TA Workspace. Previously these jobs were removed by script only at user request.

TPR 5364 - TA Cert. View Survey Details is not displaying for any paper Surveys in TA Workspace

TPR 5364 Description	The survey details should display in the TA Workspace Detail Information tab page if the Survey was Lodged as a Paper survey. Additional Messages should be able to be added to TA Certifications up until a survey is registered
TPR 5364 Fix Explanation	The survey details will be viewable from the TA Workspace Detail Information tab page for as long as a survey is in the TA tree view. For LT type plans, messages for the survey may be viewed and added in the TA work-space Messages tab page until the plan is Deposited or set to 'Not For Deposit'. 'Un-depositing' a survey will not bring back messages or provide the ability to add messages. A TA user can recall a job for further Certification after approval but the Messages History will be lost and further messages cannot be added. For non-LT type surveys, messages for the job may be viewed and added in the TA Work-space Messages tab page up until the stage that the survey is approved.
