MAR 1033 – Validation of Surveyors' APC
| MAR 1033 Description | Validation on Surveyors' APC |
|---|---|
| MAR 1033 Explanation | When entering a Surveyors id on the creation of a Survey Transaction. If the User id entered has their APC shown in Landonline as 'expired', Message 29139 will appear.![]() This message should be noted and appropriate action taken to have the Record in Landonline changed. The Survey Transaction cannot be approved while the APC displays as 'Expired'. The creation of the Survey Transaction may continue by selecting 'OK' on the message but unless the APC is current when the survey reaches Validation it will incur a requisition. |
MAR 839 – Standardisation of Parcel Fee
| MAR 839 Description | Standardisation of Parcel Fee |
|---|---|
| MAR 839 Explanation | Fees for parcels are now standardised to one fee for any one parcel regardless of Parcel Size. Historically, fees were calculated on Parcel Size i.e. parcels less than 1 hectare were charged a lesser fee than parcels of a size greater than 1 hectare. e-survey parcel fees will no longer be automatically calculated according to size. |
MAR 242 - Survey Purpose ‘Record Purposes'. Marks and Observations do not become Authoritative upon Approval.
| MAR 242 Explanation | Marks and Observations on 'Record Purposes' surveys should never become 'authoritative' upon Approval. An application restriction has been applied to prevent marks and observations being captured and subsequently 'Approved' from a 'Record Purposes' survey. No marks and observations will be recorded in the Spatial View. The Survey Reference and Header Details now remain the only fields that may be captured. Supporting Documents can be added. Paper surveys: The Survey Information will be scanned and added as the Survey Sheet to meet Lodgement and Approval requirements. e-surveys: A Supporting Document type 'Plan Graphic' must be attached to allow the survey to Submit. This will enable the survey to by-pass the Plan Gen requirement. If a Plan Graphic is not attached, the survey will fail the Fatal Y021 rule at Submit. ![]() Attachment of a Plan Graphic will satisfy the Y023 rule. 'A Digital Plan Diagram has been generated for this survey.' The Survey Header and Supporting Document images will be 'Approved' by LINZ. Search results from Record Purpose surveys will return Images of the Plan Graphic within the DSP and DTP. The Supporting Documents tab will include the Survey Report, the Marks and Observations Report and the Plan Graphic. The Marks and Observations Report will not be populated. |

TPR 5502 Data not writing to XML file when User Added Text is edited
| TPR 5502 Description | Data not writing to XML file when User Added Text is edited |
|---|---|
| TPR 5502 Fix Explanation | History: In plan generation there is the ability to add User Added text. Outcome: A change has been made to the way in which User Added text can now be edited. To edit User Added Text:

TPR 5891 Batch CSB_B04 failed to Create a Digital Survey Plan image
| TPR 5891 Description | Batch CSB_B04 failed to Create a Digital Survey Plan image. |
|---|---|
| TPR 5891 Fix Explanation | History: If batches failed for an approved survey, a Public User could view the previous unapproved version of that Survey. In some instances only the Digital Title plan would appear. The View Survey Header would update to ‘Approved as to Survey’ by the database. The images available would remain those of the Survey at Submit until such time as the Batch was run . The survey Header in the Digital Survey Plan, the Digital Title plan and plan graphic would remain unapproved. Expectation: When a survey is approved, but the Batch is suspended, no images should be apparent to Public Search Users. The survey Header in the Digital Survey Plan, the Digital Title Pan and plan graphic should remain unapproved until such time as the batch has run. Non Approved images should not be apparent. Outcome: A code change has been made to prevent Public Search Users from displaying Digital Survey Plan and Digital Title Plan images when a pending Plan-Gen Batch CSB_S04 record exists. The user will receive the message "Image is not yet available" until such time as the batch has run. No images will be apparent. |
