MAR 1015 – Deposit date on STV and DSP/DTP
| MAR 1015 Description | Deposit date to appear correctly as the lodgement date of the dealings. |
|---|---|
| Explanation | The Deposit Date field for e-surveys has been incorrectly displaying the date when the status of the survey is changed to deposited, when it should be displaying the lodgement date of the dealing that has caused the survey to deposit. |
TPR 5587 – Mark and Observations report in the DSP
| TPR 5587 Description | The generated Digital Survey Plan sometimes does not have a Mark and Observations report generated and included in the DSP. |
|---|---|
| Fix Explanation | Landonline will generate a Mark and Observations report and include it in the Digital Survey Plan. |
MAR 794 – Limited Title checkbox
| MAR 794 Description | Append 'Ltd' to Title reference if selected in the Comprised In panel of the e-survey Header |
|---|---|
| Explanation | The change will append the text 'Ltd' to the title reference in the Comprised in section of the Digital Survey Plan and Digital Title Plan headers if the Limited checkbox in the Comprised In panel of the survey header (CSC_S02) is ticked. This will only apply to title references (type is Title) listed in the Comprised In panel. This change will also ensure that the business rule at validation will not fail. The change also ensures that business rules C019, C19A & C19B do not fail due to the text 'Ltd' being in the digital plan headers. It will validate the appropriate business rule only if there is an existing link between the Title and the Spatial parcel. |
TPR 5462 – Automatic mark linking in survey capture
| TPR 5462 Description | Automatic linking of marks only links up to a maximum of 8 marks at a time. |
|---|---|
| Fix Explanation | Improvements have been made to increase the maximum automatic linking of marks to 50 while maintaining desirable performance standards. To spatially display the linked marks, a refresh of the Spatial Capture screen may be necessary. Automatic linking of marks in excess of 50 will require the user to repeat the automatic linking process and at the desired tolerance. |
TPR 5748 – Rounding of areas in Landonline from an XML file
| TPR 5748 Description | XML file units for area is square metres and some survey software calculates the parcel areas to greater than 1m2. Upon import Landonline converts the area in square metres to an area in Hectares. LINZ does not allow areas smaller than 0.0001 Ha. Upon import of an XML file that does not have the parcel areas rounded to the nearest 1m2 (ie 0.0001 Ha) Landonline was rounding in the following ways;
|
|---|---|
| Fix Explanation | Landonline will now ignore any decimal places smaller than 1m2 in the XML file and populate all relevant Landonline screens with area shown to the nearest 0.0001 Ha and because the decimal places have been truncated the areas will appear to have been rounded down. |
TPR 5934 – Layout Plan Sheets screen error 100692
| TPR 5934 Description | Error message 100692 'unable to delete the record because it is referenced by another item' when opening Layout window. When a user removes an observation from capture where that observation already had user modifications on it in Plan Generation, they sometimes get a 100692 error when reopening the Layout window. |
|---|---|
| Fix Explanation | Landonline will now recognise the changes made in capture and allow Plan Generation to continue successfully. |
