| TPR 5061 | Disassociated Users showing in old firms Workspace | Shared | Staff disassociated from a firm will no longer display in Workspace. Previously disassociated staff were displaying under the Supervised Work and All Work folders in Workspace. Note – before a staff member is disassociated from a firm a check should be made for existing jobs. Any existing jobs should be either completed or assigned to other staff be disassociating the staff member. |
The following screen shot shows the Folders where disassociated users used to display.

| TPR 5058 | External user association to disassociated firm retained | Shared | When customers are associated to multiple firms they are able to customise their preferences for each firm eg in one firm they may choose to have their notices sent to the firm while in another firm they may choose to have their notices emailed directly to them. Before TPR 5058 was fixed Landonline worked correctly until a customer was disassociated from a firm. From then on only the preferences that the customer had set in the firm from which they had been disassociated were recognised. Landonline has been corrected so that the correct preferences associated with each firm are always recognised. |
The screen below is accessed from the My Details icon in Workspace to allow customers to change their preferences.

| TPR 5001 | Dealing / Plan Id not showing in fees reports for eDealings & eSurveys | Shared | Previously the Fees Report did not display either e-dealing or e-survey numbers for these jobs. This has been changed so that the dealing and survey numbers display. |
The following screen shots from the testing database illustrate how this will display: - For e-dealings
- For e-surveys

| TPR 5272 | Assigned privileges are not being removed when a Category is disassociated from a customer and so access to the screens is still allowed. | Shared | Landonline has been changed so that should a ‘Category’ be removed from a customer by a LINZ system administrator, then the related Privileges will also be removed. The particular categories affected by this change are:
These categories cannot be seen by customers. They are used to ensure appropriate access is provided to Landonline. |
For example in the event that the Category of External Titles is removed from a customer, then all privileges except the Search privilege will be automatically removed. This correction has been made to ensure that only valid access to Landonline is provided.

| TPR 4861 | Adding a System Manager privilege to a group does not work. | Shared | As a result of this problem the privilege of System Manager could only be assigned to individuals. This has now been fixed to allow the privilege to be assigned (by the System Manager in a firm) to a group of staff if required |
Privileges are assigned to groups by a firms System Manager using the screen shown below. The screen is accessed from the System Maintenance icon in Workspace.

| TPR 5425 | Appellation Search Wizard does not return Title to the Search Tree | Shared | The Appellation Search Wizard was not previously returning titles to the Search Tree, ie a search for Title details using an appellation such as Lot 1 DP 300001 would not return results to the Search Tree despite a title being linked to this appellation (or legal description). This has now been fixed. Note – a further issue remains which has not been able to be addressed as part of the 2.4 release and this is covered by pending TPR 5574. The issue is as follows: The Appellation Search Wizard may display a misleading message where multiple appellations are returned from a broad search as follows: “There is no title (or survey) in Landonline for this appellation. Do you want to continue?” This message incorrectly displays when some of the appellations do not have related titles or surveys even though others do. The workaround is to click Yes and complete the Wizard search.. |
The message may display as follows:
Click ‘Yes’ and complete the Wizard and the results will be added to the Search Tree.

| TPR 5396 | Uniprint e-dealing crashes on printing signing information | Titles | Problems have occurred intermittently for some customers when attempting to print details of an instrument they have just signed. Customers have experienced ‘freezes’ and crashes from their Landonline session. After investigation these have been attributed to faults with third party ‘Uniprint’ software that controls printing from Landonline. To help address these issues, some of the Citrix server settings relating to Uniprint have been changed. The issue will continue to be monitored. |
Following the entry of the Conveyancing Professionals Landonline password and then the passphrase the Signing Status screen displays to allow the signing details to be printed. It is at this point that the sessions occassionally froze.
