MAR 805 – The System will notify the Surveyor and primary Contact by email when an e-survey is Requisitioned.

Explanation	In addition to the online message generated when a survey is requisitioned, the signing surveyor and primary contact entered in the survey header will be sent an e-mail alerting them of the requisition. Where the signing surveyor and primary contact is the same, only one e-mail will be sent out. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the contact details tab of the CSA-S70 Maintain User window for the user. If there is none entered, no e-mail will be sent to that user. This functionality will only be provided for e-surveys. The e-mail message will read "A Requisition Notice for <Survey Number> has been generated and will appear in Workspace." The Subject Line will include both the Survey Number and the Surveyor Reference.

Explanation	The CDE_S01 search screen has a fixed screen size where Screen Resolution is required to be 1024 x 768. Some Customers have suggested that they do not want to (or can't) work at that resolution and want to retain a 800 x 600 resolution. When the search window was opened at a resolution lower than 1024x768, the lower portion of the window was not visible to the user. This enhancement provides: If the Screen Resolution is set below 1024x768 a scroll bar will appear down the right-hand-side. If the Screen Resolution is set at 1024x768 a scroll bar will not appear down the right-hand-side. The screen remains the same as it has in the past. The entire screen can be viewed.

Explanation

The CDE_S01 search screen has a fixed screen size where Screen Resolution is required to be 1024 x 768.

Some Customers have suggested that they do not want to (or can't) work at that resolution and want to retain a 800 x 600 resolution.

When the search window was opened at a resolution lower than 1024x768, the lower portion of the window was not visible to the user.

This enhancement provides:

If the Screen Resolution is set below 1024x768 a scroll bar will appear down the right-hand-side.

If the Screen Resolution is set at 1024x768 a scroll bar will not appear down the right-hand-side. The screen remains the same as it has in the past. The entire screen can be viewed.
