Detailed Information on changes to Landonline following 2.6 release
Landonline Release 2.10 update for surveyors
As the time between Release 2.9 and Release 2.10 is shorter than normal, this Release primarily focusses on process improvements for e-survey customers. In particular, reducing manual processing and improving general performance.
Changes to the e-survey application fall into two categories: functionality and general improvements within Landonline.
Changes to functionality (subject to testing) include:
- Ability to view the diagram as submitted through Landonline by ensuring Plan Generation is run before submitting the plan. This allows the plan to be viewed by Territorial Authority (TA) staff and also enables the plan to be viewed as part of the surveyor's internal audit processes.
- Clarification of TA boundaries in Landonline that will improve the processing of plans for surveyors.
- Ensuring all TA certificates (e.g. s223/224) ) are attached to plans, correcting the previous inconsistency.
- Ensuring requistioned plans do not fail the resubmission process when additional marks or observations have been added.
This is in addition to the capture of marginal strips upon disposal of crown property in Landonline.
General improvements within Landonline
Changes to the processing of larger subdivision in Plan Generation resulting in some performance improvement.
