TPR 8912 – Error message 126027 when attempting to open Layout Sheets in Plan Generation

Description	Workaround Instructions
First Error message: SQLDBCode 0 SQLSTATE=S1000 (DataDirect)(ODBC Informix driver)(Informix)File Exists Followed by second Error message: Message:126027 Failed to retrieve common images required for plan generation. Contact the Soutions Centre Problem: Plan Layout Sheets open up with no North point.	DO NOT push Complete in your Layout Sheets if you receive these error messages and the North point does not display. Push 'OK' to save only and close down. Enable another user who can open the Layout Sheets without receiving these error messages and can see a North point on the Layout Sheets. Get that user to push 'Complete'. Original user can then carry on as usual but until this TPR is fixed, that user will always get the error message for any plan they work on and no North point will appear on the Layout Sheets. They must follow these workaround instructions in the meantime. NOTE: the North point will be viewable in 'Preview' option in Plan Generation but it will not appear if the user selects 'Complete' and then submits the plan. All layout sheets MUST show a North Point prior to pushing Complete.
