Training resources

With 100% e-lodgement, LINZ will continue to provide training resources which enable you to familiarise yourself with e-survey.

Training and support is available in a variety of forms, including the e-survey User Guide, LandXML computer based training DVD and tips on how to implement e-survey into your workplace.

Support is readily available to customers via the LINZ Customer Support team on 0800 ONLINE (0800 665 463). Specialist staff will be on hand to help with application and technical queries.

LandXML resources

LINZ has designed a computer based training tool (CBT) for LandXML as a step by step tutorial and reference guide for new and existing users of e-survey wanting to check a topic or refresh their memory of a process. Read more information about the LandXML CBT DVD. You can order the DVD by emailing esurvey@linz.govt.nz - please remember to include your full name, title, telephone and address details.

e-survey training

LINZ sponsored training has been completed for all survey firms that requested onsite training sessions. As the sponsored training is complete, we are pleased to advise that a number of the firms providing e-survey bureau services are also offering training. Specialist support staff are available to answer users' queries, provide assistance and 'troubleshoot' between 7.00am and 9.00pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 7pm Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday.

Note that our e-survey specialists are available from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
