With 1 September 2007 fast approaching, LINZ needs to consider making Landonline available for longer periods than currently. Users are becoming more proficient at creating and capturing e-surveys so the need for immediate attention from 0800 personnel becomes less. If a user is less confident then it is their choice to continue capturing data knowing the 0800 support probably won't be available outside of the core business hours. For some users the 'after hours' periods are the only time that is available for them to practice.
