It would be convenient if the messages could be sorted by clicking on the column header in the usual Windows manner. This would make searching for a message much easier than having to scan through the entire list. By clicking on the Reference header you could then group all messages that relate to the same plan. Currently they are only listed in chronological order.

err... actually you can click on the references heading to sort the notices according to plan number. I do it regularly.

err... isn't this what happens at the moment? I have been doing what you describe for some time now - clicking on the references heading to group the notices by plan number (although then it is not in both plan number order as well as chronological order - just one or the other).

I agree Gerald, but at the time of my post you could not do that. It was added with an upgrade after that date. Cheers

I have just noticed the date of your original posting though. I think something funny is happening with the timing-mechanics of this forum. I only replied to it because I though it was a new post. And then I ended up replying twice (I actually think it was three times, over the course of several days, allowing for moderation time).

I have also suggested an enhancement to LOL, whereby another tab is added to the Manage Survey Transaction screen, which would group all of the notices for that particular survey together. Surveyors could therefore do away with the My Messages from their Workspace (I don't know if e-dealers and TLAs could also do away with My Messages - but they could have a slightly different Workspace to allow for this anyway).
