We are getting a little grief from HCC with regard to the ability to show a building on a Flats Plan which encroaches over the freehold boundary. Does anyone have a DP/DPS plan number from a Flats Plan job where they have shown an encroachment so I can give a copy to Council? I will also be giving them a copy of the relevant pages from the Cadastral Survey Guidlines and Surveyor-Generals Rules.
