We have plans with Council S223 on the LT plan transparency.
Can we lodge these plans as an e-survey and scan-in the S223 directly off LT Plan.
Can we include just an image of S223 and easments, or do we need to san in whole plan ?
So that any paper title plan be submitted as e-survey.

Scanned images of certificates can be attached to an e-survey, however the subdivision represented by the e-survey must be consistent in all respects with the paper plan.
Please note that plan numbers are not interchangeable between paper and e-survey, and a new number will be issued when the e-survey is created. Therefore in instances where paper plan numbers have already been allocated, the number will be the only allowable inconsistency.
It is highly advisable that surveyors notify their Territorial Authority that they have converted the paper plan to an e-survey.
