LandXML information and reference documents

LandXML reference documents to support the Rules for Cadastral Survey 2010
The following documents have been prepared to provide surveyors and LandXML developers using LandXML files with all the required information to produce compliant LandXML files in survey software and Landonline.

LINZ has produced the Cadastral Survey Data Exchange Format document (pdf 323KB), which is primarily for developers and lists the LandXML elements applicable to Landonline.
LINZ has produced an overview document to take into account the changes to LandXML enumeration that map to Landonline values upon import. A compliant LandXML file will need to contain specific enumerations that map to Landonline values upon import. For a list of the enumerations and mappings, download LandXML - Landonline Enumeration Mappings applicable to Landonline (pdf 303KB).
