Overview of activities leading up to 31 October 2008
A number of major projects, run under one programme by LINZ, are underpinning the move towards 100% electronic lodgement.
These include Landonline functionality enhancements, a national training programme to enable all new Landonline users to receive training in their area, and enhanced levels of online and telephone support.
LINZ will be delivering further presentations and workshops for Release 3.0 nationwide from 31 March 2008.
This is an opportunity for firms to see the new application and what new functionality will be available with this release. Once again, we recommend that each firm sends two representatives, someone with Certify and Sign privilege and your firm's e-dealing champion. See the February issue of Landwrap for more information.
We are very aware of our customers' needs for a robust, reliable system - all the more important as it becomes the sole channel for lodgements with LINZ. We are continuing to ensure that Landonline has the capacity to meet increased volumes of transactions. We are also continuing to improve system stability and availability, and so minimisedrisks of performance issues.
LINZ has regularly updated our customers on a continual basis to ensure everyone is prepared for 100% electronic lodgement. For the latest information see Landwrap.
