e-dealing training

Assistance getting started:

LINZ understands everyone has different learning styles and for this reason we have established a range of self help online training materials.

The Landonline application has built-in help functionality, specific to the page you are working on:

  • Click the ‘Help button’ Help button located on every e-dealing screen or
  • Press F1 on your keyboard

Face to face training

We appreciate staff often come and go and that further training may be required within a firm. In addition, face to face training is offered on a cost recovery basis. This cost covers our trainer's time, travel, accommodation costs and a basic administration charge.

All in-person training must be booked in advance.

Before training can be confirmed:

  • Firms must be signed up to Landonline
  • Have purchased the appropriate number of e-dealing licence/s
  • Each user must be fully enabled (eg have downloaded software to use Landonline and have their Digital Certificate issued and downloaded).

To book e-dealing training, you can email customersupport@linz.govt.nz. Make sure you include your full name, title, firm name, mailing and physical address, and contact telephone number. We will respond directly.
