Download Landonline software. Once codes have been issued, download digital certificates to individual users' computers and check that each user can login. Consider who you want to be trained and plan for any future training needs (ie, internal training of new users). LINZ offers a range of support resources to assist with training.
The e-dealing Practise Tool gives new users the opportunity to practise in a safe environment and is the best place to begin familiarising users with the Landonline system. |
Law firms need to certify and sign each instrument in the dealing as correct when they have seen the client and completed the Authority and Instruction form. Search Agents can complete the administration duties of the process. | |
