e-dealing Roadmap
The e-dealing Roadmap shows how e-dealing relates to typical conveyancing process steps. e-dealing relates to 5 of the conveyancing process steps in the NZLS Workflow Guidance:
Before you start
Conveyancing professionals first need to decide whether they are going to do an e-dealing for a transaction as soon as they get a request to act for a client. This is Step 1 in the NZLS Workflow Guidance.
The creation of a Client Authority & Instruction (A&I) form (Step 2 in the NZLS Workflow Guidance) is the next important step before creating an e-dealing.
Executing the A&I form is Step 3 in the NZLS Workflow Guidance.
