Seeking clarification or review of an e-dealing rejection
If your lodgement has been rejected or requisitioned by LINZ and you would like a further clarification, contact LINZ on 0800 ONLINE (0800 665 463) and they will arrange for an explanation to be provided.
Please ensure you have the dealing number on hand.
For a review of a rejection
If you wish to seek a review of the reasons for a rejected item, please complete a Review of e-dealing rejection reasons form (doc 44KB) and email it to customersupport@linz.govt.nz with "Review of rejection" in the subject line.
Once received, LINZ will investigate your request and communicate the outcome of the review to you.
