Training resources and support

To help new and existing users get the most out of using Landonline services, LINZ provides a variety of self-training resources, help, user support and education and reference materials.

Self-training tools

e-dealing Practice Tool

The e-dealing Practice Tool helps you gain familiarity and confidence with e-dealing instruments prior to doing a "live" dealing.

You can choose to 'walk through' or 'practise' within the tool. 'Walk through' provides an overview of how the instrument works. 'Practise' encourages you to practise what you have already learnt by following an interactive, easy step-by-step process.

e-survey Computer Based Training CD-ROM

Computer Based Training (CBT) modules are provided on CD-ROM when firms sign up to Landonline e-survey. CBT training enables e-survey users to become familiar with Landonline screens and practise e-survey component tasks.
