UNIT TITLES

Landonline provides for the digital lodgement of all types of Unit Title e-surveys. This includes Unit title survey with survey observations.

Any Staged Unit Development that was commenced prior to the release of Landonline must be captured as Work In Progress (WIP) by LINZ staff before any new and subsequent stages can be captured. These plans should continue to be lodged under the manual system.

Any Unit development will be represented as a scanned image supplied by the surveyor.

The unit type information (Principal Unit, Accessory Unit, Common Property) contained within a Unit plan is captured and the Primary parcel is referenced. Unit parcels should have their topology set to No Topology.

Where a unit development includes survey marks and observation details these must be included in the sub-survey as structured survey data.

Survey marks and observations that accompany a unit survey, are captured.

For each PUD captured, there must be a first stage that accompanies it.

When recording the previous stage, record only the whole plan number. Do not include the letter suffix. This is applied automatically by Landonline. Refer Unit Plan Development suffixes
