Unregistered Gazette Primary Network

This network can, and will, have gaps because the parcels in this network are sparse. It is possible to have overlaps within the network, although this will be unusual as it would mean a sequence of gazette actions over the same land. This would require the gazettes to be registered in the correct sequence. An unregistered gazette parcel may cover several live primary parcels (eg where the land still in a title corresponds to several survey parcels as a result of the gazette actions) or only part of a live primary parcel.
