Geometry in Landonline

Geometry in Landonline is made up of coordinated points, lines and polygons.

LINES

The following lines are permitted for formation of topology:

• Right lines
• Arcs of circles
• Irregular lines made up of coordinated vertices.

POLYGONS

Parcels must be formed by closed polygons of boundary lines. Multi-polygons are permitted. Polygons with holes (donut parcels) are permitted.

Self-intersecting parcels (figure 8 parcels) are not permitted (parcels where non adjacent lines intersect at a point not represented by a node).
