This may have significant impact for a large firm with multiple sites as the entire firm's work and staff will be listed. A firm may choose to ring fence licenses and work by actively separating sites or offices when they sign-up to Landonline. An isolated entity can be created artificially by signing onto Landonline as separate firms. This separates the users and their work and their licenses. If required, users from other parts of the organisation can be associated as needed when the organisation needs to utilise the firm's licenses in alternative ways. Essentially the firm owns the licenses and associates individual users, either internal or external, to their licenses. |
