e-survey PROCESS

The following diagram illustrates the key steps in the e-survey processes in Landonline.

Extract cadastral data from Landonline.
Create the general information in Landonline for the e-survey (eg: obtain survey number).
Prepare the e-survey using the survey firm's software [or Landonline Capture tool]
Capture the digital dataset by a combination of direct data entry or import of LandXML file.
Pre-validate to check the e-survey against automated business rules.
Generate Plan to produce plan images from the e-survey (eg Digital Survey Plan, Digital Title Diagram).
TA Certification to obtain TA approval (if required) for the e-survey.
Certify and Submit the e-survey to Land Information NZ for validation and approval.
