Generated Plan Pages

The number of pages created by Plan Generation for the Digital Survey Plan and Digital Title Plan is dependent on the complexity of the survey and the number of diagrams required to depict it.

A batch process carries out Creation of the plan images in the Layout Plan screen. A message appears advising when the batch will next run.

The plan that is printed out from online messages will be identified as Draft in the lower left hand corner of the plan. It will also have the date it was generated shown in the title border.

The following supporting document types are attached to the Digital Survey Plan if supplied:

• Schedule/Memorandum
• Occupation Diagram
• Plan Graphic
• Territorial Authority (TA) Certificate; and
• Other consents

The following supporting document types are attached to the Digital Title Plan if supplied:

• Schedule/Memorandum
• Plan Graphic
• Territorial Authority (TA) Certificate; and
• Other consents

The following supporting document type is attached to the Digital Title Diagram if supplied:

• Plan Graphic

The generated plans will also print with the prefix DP, even though the survey may not be deposited.
