DIAGRAMS AnnotationsAnnotations can be used for data that is required on the digital plan images and which is not automatically generated from the structured digital data provided. An annotation cannot be written along the line of the irregular boundary. Due to the restrictions of Plan Generation, the annotations can only be shown horizontally on the plan graphic. Annotations can also be used for Road Legalities and CT references on abuttals, when there is a removal of limitations survey. If not shown on the plan, a sketch of the occupation can be supplied as a scanned image attached to the e-survey and recorded as an Occupation Diagram. This Occupation Diagram will be attached as a page of the Digital Survey Plan. The Observation Code that will replace the observation text where the line is too short (at diagram scale) to display the whole observation will be created when the diagram is created.
