Schedules, Consents and Occupation Diagrams

Information on parcel schedules, consents and occupation details is highly variable in its form and usage. Landonline does not support the lodgement of this data in structured digital form. This information is still required, so it needs to be lodged in the form of digital images.

For schedules this may be an image of a document produced by a word processor. For consents (eg TA consent), it may be an image of a signed document. For occupation, it may be an image of a clearly drawn field note or diagram.

These three types of images, where applicable to a particular e-survey, are included in the Digital Survey Plan. The schedule and consent images are included as pages in the Digital Title Plan. Schedule and consent images are not included as pages in the Digital Title Diagram.
