CAPTURED DATA
Primary Boundaries and Traverse Data
The default capture standard for paper surveys lodged in Landonline
Stage One (including Work in Progress surveys) was to capture boundary dimensions
for primary parcels only, and all traverses.
Dimensions of non-primary parcels (eg: easements) were not captured.
Pegs placed or boundary points at the intersections of easements and primary
parcels continued to be captured. Pegs placed solely to define easement
parcel boundary angles or intersections between easement parcels were
not captured, nor were the ties or dimensions to such pegs. In addition
to survey header and parcel details, only traverse mark and traverse observations
details (if any) were captured for easement plans.
The data available for Primary Boundaries and Traverse Data surveys is:
- A set of plan images;
- Full details for the survey header captured from the plan panels;
- A plan reference label in the spatial window;
- Links to any live parcels associated with the survey;
- Full details about all parcels such as parcel intent (eg: fee simple,
road, hydro) and parcel actions (eg: created, extinguished);
- Details for all marks on primary boundaries;
- Details of all traverse marks;
- Details of all traverse observations; and
- Survey-accurate Digital Cadastre [SDC] coordinates where standards
have been met.
