ACCREDITATION

Surveyor Accreditation was incorporated in the initial Landonline Stage Two application. This was intended to allow surveyors to specify their accreditation status as it was not clear whether accreditation, or some variant of it, would still be in place for Landonline Stage Two.

As the system of surveyor accreditation no longer applies to survey lodgement, the option to specify accreditation status will be removed from the window at some stage in the future. In the meantime it should be ignored. Treat any references to Accredited or Non-accredited as having the same status. Changing this status will have no effect on fees charged, on the extent of survey validation, or on processing times.
