- Search Landonline
for registered information.
- Prepare the e-dealing by creating and drafting the instruments
in Landonline,
pre-validating against the Land Information NZ business rules,
and certifying and electronically signing each instrument.
- Settle the transaction and release the instruments for
submission.
- Submit the e-dealing to Land Information NZ.
- If the business rules are successful the e-dealing is Registered
electronically.
