CERTIFICATIONSStatutory RequirementsThe Registrar-General of Land is specifying the relevant statutory provisions that must be complied with for each class of instrument. The Amendment Act 2002 requires the Registrar to specify by publishing in the New Zealand Gazette. In addition to publishing in this way, the Registrar makes this information available through theLandonlineweb site. Details will also be publicised through the usual publications, including Torrenstalk, Landscan and The Property Lawyer.
