Specialist support staff are available to answer user's queries, provide assistance and 'troubleshoot' between 7am and 9pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 7pm Friday, and 9am to 5pm Saturday.

Support for computer technology enquiries is available from between 7am and 9pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 7pm Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday. Our Customer Support team can resolve many issues immediately or refer your enquiry to an appropriate staff member for further assistance.
Digital certificates support (0800 665 463 - select option 4)
Support for digital certificate enquiries is available between 7am and 9pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 7pm Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday.
