For general Landonline support
If you need help using Landonline, or require technology assistance, call our Customer Support team on 0800 665 463 during telephone support hours the next working day, or email customersupport@linz.govt.nz.
Specialist user support (0800 665 463)
Specialist support staff are available to answer users' queries, provide assistance and 'troubleshoot' between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
- For e-dealing specialists, call 0800 665 463 and select option 1.
- For e-survey or TA e-certification specialists, call 0800 665 463 and select option 2.
Technology support (0800 665 463 - select option 4)
Support for computer technology enquiries is available from between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday. Our Customer Support team can resolve many issues immediately or refer your enquiry to an appropriate staff member for further assistance.
Digital Certificates support (0800 665 463 - select option 4)
Support for Digital Certificate enquiries is available between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday. For instructions on how to download, install, renew, transfer or delete a Digital Certificate, including the DC Loader Wizard, refer to the Digital Certificate downloads and instructions section.
Getting help outside telephone support hours
What to do if Landonline is unavailable
If you cannot access Landonline from 7pm-9pm Monday to Thursday, or 9am-5pm on Saturdays (this being outside telephone support hours), send an email to landonlineincident@linz.govt.nz outlining the issue, and including your Landonline user ID and contact details. You will receive an automated reply advising that LINZ will immediately investigate the situation.
LINZ will then determine whether your issue is affecting a number of other customers, e.g. Landonline is unavailable to all customers. In this situation, LINZ will provide updates via the Message Centre on this website’s Home page.
