e-search

e-search and e-search plus are Landonline's core services. They enable comprehensive searching of New Zealand's land information database. Both services are used by surveyors, lawyers, conveyancers and other land professionals.

e-search provides access to the titles register, survey data and supporting documents.

e-search plus provides users with the added ability to search and view spatial survey data.

How it works

Titles, surveys and survey data can be searched in Landonline. With e-search, users can search text based screens using known information to find title or survey information. e-search also provides an image of individual titles.

Users of e-search plus can use both text and spatial navigation to find information and display its location in the spatial window. That broadens the material that can be searched to include marks and observations, features and places, and roads and addresses.
