- Lodging Customer and Cadastral Survey Dataset (CSD) Number fields are optional.
To calculate plan fees: - Enter the relevant number of each item in the Number of Items box.
- Click the Calculate button to perform the calculation. The calculator will automatically calculate the amount at the bottom of the form. of the form.
- To recalculate, change the amount in the Number of Items box(es) and click the Calculate button to perform the calculation.
