New fees and charges for survey and title products and services effective from 1 July 2010.

Landonline fees and charges from 1 October 2010
Landonline product and service fees are GST inclusive. The rise in GST to 15% announced by the Government in May will be incorporated in these fees from 1 October.
An additional column has been included in the table below to reflect the 1 October GST changes. A new fees schedule has also been prepared:
Special note for customers: Unfortunately we were unable to take the rise in GST into consideration prior to implementation of the 1 July fees, as the fees had already been gazetted (on 6 May) prior to the 20 May budget announcement.
Rounding the fees would have required a legislative change, and there was insufficient time to go through this process prior to 1 October.
LINZ will be monitoring the property market over the next year, and if required a further fees review will take place. Fees would then be rounded as part of this review process.

How to use the Fee Calculation Sheets
- Editable fields are marked in yellow. All other fields are read-only.
- Lodging Customer and Cadastral Survey Dataset (CSD) Number fields
are optional.
To calculate plan fees:
- Enter the relevant number of each item in the Number of Items box.
- Click the Calculate button to perform the calculation. The calculator will automatically
calculate the amount for all items and the Total Plan Fees amount at the bottom
of the form.
- To recalculate, change the amount in the Number of Items box(es) and click the Calculate button to perform the calculation.

Base Fee
Base fee is payable for all plans.
Parcels

Parcel fees apply to each severance on an ML plan, not each appellation.
