The table below includes fees for any activity that can be done electronically through Landonline. The comparison fee for the same function performed manually is also given.

Landonline e-searchThis is the search service for most users, especially search agents and conveyancers. It provides access to the titles register, digital survey data (excluding spatial views) and supporting documents.$511
Landonline e-search plusThis is an enhanced search service designed for use by search agents, real estate agents and valuers. As well as providing all the features of Landonline e-search, Landonline e-search plus provides spatial views of land information.$1022
Landonline e-dealingThis is the electronic registration service designed for conveyancers. It provides all the features of Landonline e-search as well providing for electronically capable registrations.$613

How to use the Fee Calculation Sheets

  • Editable fields are marked in yellow. All other fields are read-only.
  • Lodging Customer and Cadastral Survey Dataset (CSD) Number fields are optional.

To calculate plan fees:

  1. Enter the relevant number of each item in the Number of Items box.
  2. Click the Calculate button to perform the calculation. The calculator will automatically calculate the amount at the bottom of the form. of the form.
  3. To recalculate, change the amount in the Number of Items box(es) and click the Calculate button to perform the calculation.

Base Fee
Base fee is payable for all plans.

Parcels
Enter the number parcels to be created by the cadastral survey dataset.
Parcel fees apply to each severance on an ML plan, not each appellation.

New or Existing Easements and Covenants
This fee applies to each new or existing easement or covenant separately identified with a letter.
