Table of Fees

This table includes fees for any activity which can be done electronically through Landonline. The comparison fee for the same function performed manually is also given.

These fees apply from 1 September 2007 and are grouped under the following headings (all fees are GST inclusive):

Land titles transaction types and Codes

Landonline e-search. This is the search service for most users, especially search agents and conveyancers. It provides access to the titles register, digital survey data (excluding spatial views) and supporting documents. $500 $80
Landonline e-search plus. This is an enhanced search service designed for use by search agents, real estate agents and valuers. As well as providing all the features of Landonline e-search, Landonline e-search plus provides spatial views of land information. $1000 $200
Landonline e-dealing. This is the electronic registration service designed for conveyancers. It provides all the features of Landonline e-search as well providing for electronically capable registrations. $600 $105

Instructions on Calculating Survey Lodgement Fees

How to use the Fee Calculation Sheets

  • Editable fields are marked in yellow. All other fields are read-only.
  • Lodging Customer and Cadastral Survey Dataset (CSD) Number fields are optional.

To calculate plan fees:

  1. Enter the relevant number of each item in the Number of Items box.
  2. Click the Calculate button to perform the calculation. The calculator will automatically calculate the amount for all items and the Total Plan Fees amount at the bottom of the form.
  3. To recalculate, change the amount in the Number of Items box(es) and click the Calculate button to perform the calculation.

Base Fee
Base fee is payable for all plans.

Parcels
Enter the number parcels to be created by the cadastral survey dataset.
Parcel fees applies to each severance on an ML plan, not each appellation.

New or Existing Easements and Covenants
This fee applies to each new or existing easement or covenant separately identified with a letter.
