IN THIS ISSUE
From the end of May, a new news and information publication will be available for survey and title customers.
The new publication, whose name will be revealed in the first issue, will replace Lucie (the electronic newsletter found on the Landonline web site) and the printed Landonline survey and title service customer newsletter.
The change means the same authoritative news and information will be available to both online and manual customers, with electronic and print versions being produced monthly.
The electronic version will have its own webpage on the Landonline website and will be updated monthly. If you already receive Lucie via email, you will now receive a new style of email containing news headlines targeted to your customer group’s information needs. Clicking on any headline that interests you will take you directly to that story on the website.
Publication of the new electronic version will begin late May.
The print version is targeted more to customers who are not email users, and perhaps not Landonline customers, and will be available through your regional processing centre. The first print edition will be published in June, along with the second electronic version.
If you are not already receiving Lucie and would like to receive the new electronic publication, you can subscribe here.
The changes to the way we deliver news and information to you comes in
response to feedback from customers about the way we have been communicating
with them. The new publication is one of the customer initiatives LINZ is implementing
this month to improve the way it delivers services to customers.
