Change to deposit notices with Release 3.2
A new notification system was implemented in Release 3.2 on 25 May. The new system will allow Landonline users to set their delivery preferences for all notices, and allow greater flexibility in choosing where and to whom you want your notices to be sent.
Fax will no longer be an option with the new system and the general default, unless changed by the user, will be email delivery.
For Territorial Authorities (TAs), there is a change to how survey plan deposit notices are sent. Previously, the notice was automatically created and a copy was sent to the surveyor and to the email address listed in Landonline for the TA e-certification firm associated to the plan.
The new notice system now allows users of the TA firm the option of selecting to receive a copy (email or online) using the new Notices icon in Workspace.
