New TA e-certification tips and hints

To help TAs find the information they need, we have set up a new TA e-certification tips and hints section on this website. It contains links to previously published topics and will be updated continually as new items are raised.

Attaching manual TA certificates to an e-survey

Some Territorial Authorities (TAs) have had difficulty attaching a manual TA certificate to an e-survey as a supporting document.

Images must be attached as a TIFF file, using the standard CCITT G4 Fax compression scanning process. A resolution range of 150 to 300 DPI is recommended.

If you are converting a word document using the Landonline Print-to-tiff driver, it is automatically saved in this format.

See scanning requirements on this website for more information.

Other resources available to TAs

Case studies, business implementation tips and other useful information have been published in the TA e-certification section on this website. You can also email info@linz.govt.nz or ring 0800 ONLINE (0800 665 463), and our Customer Support team will answer any queries you may have.
